Soft Soles utilize the breathability and flexibility of leather and suede to protect baby’s feet like a second skin. Non-slip grip, a secure, comfortable fit and pliable materials mean baby's feet are free to move and develop naturally, while the intent of our talented design team is expressed across the range with styles to suit any outfit.

Made from super soft, 100% premium leather
Elasticated collar, or hook and loop closure for easy, secure fit
Ultra soft non-slip suede soles

Care

Before the suede shoes have been worn, apply a suitable waterproofing spray. This will greatly reduce the risk of liquid stains. Many of the Bobux boots in suede finish are pre-sprayed with a non-toxic water resistant spray, but this will need to be reapplied on a regular basis.

Do not bleach, soak or tumble dry your Bobux shoes!

Premium leather
Polish every two weeks to keep the shoes in top condition. Light scuffs can be reduced by rubbing a matching coloured shoe polish over affected area. Avoid fully immersing in water. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry.

Oily/waxy finish leather
Polish every two weeks with a natural polish such as beeswax or a revitaliser cream to keep leather soft and protected. This will also provide some protection from water. Light scuffs can be reduced by rubbing beeswax or cream over the affected area. Avoid fully immersing in water. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry.

Standard coated leather
Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid fully immersing in water. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry. Light scuffs can be reduced by rubbing a matching coloured shoe polish over affected area.

Suede
Use a natural water-repellent spray on nubuck and suede before wearing and every four weeks following first wear for protection against water damage. Avoid fully immersing in water. Dry naturally, away from sunlight. Do not bleach, soak or tumble dry.

Textile/fabric
Wipe with a damp cloth. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry. For best care, use natural water-repellent spray on canvas/textile before wearing and every four weeks after.

Gloss/rubber finish
Wipe with a damp cloth. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry.

About the Company

Bobux Founders Chris and Colleen Bennett were searching for shoes for their baby daughter Chloe. Like many parents, Chris and Colleen wanted the best for their baby girl, but as they searched they realized that nobody was making a shoe truly designed for babies’ feet.
Throughout the journey, we engaged podiatrists and researchers to guide our designs. For almost 30 years we’ve kept growing, learning and constantly improving what we do. Throughout the world, we believe there isn’t another children’s shoe company who cares as much about your kid’s feet as we do. Almost 30 years later we still craft the world’s best children’s shoes, designed in Auckland, New Zealand, and delivered to over 40 countries around the globe. Chris and Colleen are still here too! Their daughter Chloe has kids of her own now, who are proudly wearing their own Bobux Soft Soles. And we’ve never forgotten our goal, from that first soft sole, to make the best possible shoes that children will love.
