Our Community Room is available to rent for birthday parties, groups, workshops, meetings, and more! See below for more information. 

Birthday Parties

Our Community Room is a fun & easy place for birthday gatherings, with lots of free parking right outside our doors! We specialize in the following 2 options:

Toddler Party, Ages 1-4: Hosting a toddler birthday with us comes with use of the room (lots of table and chair options), use of our small bounce house and ball pit inside the room, use of our toddler slide, climbing arch, and other age-appropriate toys, tables, chairs, use of our stereo system for music, and trash and recycling removal. You are welcome to decorate further; just let us know what you have in mind! The room has a kid-friendly bathroom and baby changing station within a few steps. See our list of other available amenities below. Pricing: $75/hr, minimum of 2 hours.

We have relationships with local talent that you can add our to your party! Think music, juggling, yoga, or other themed parties! Contact us for rates and more information.

Karaoke Party, Ages 6+: Hosting a karaoke party with us come with use of the room (lots of table and chair options), use of the karaoke equipment, trash and recycling removal, and use of the disco ball! You are welcome to decorate further; just let us know what you have in mind! The room has a kid-friendly bathroom and baby changing station within a few steps. See our list of other available amenities below. Pricing: $125/hr for up to 12 people; $150/hr for up to 22 people minimum of 2 hours. Additional non-karaoke time in the room is available before your singing time, for $75/hour. We offer the add-on of a GLOW PARTY for an additional $50; this includes use of our black lights, use of decor that will glow under black lights, use of our glowing black light body/face/hair crayons, and more!

Meetings, Workshops, and Class Rentals

Our room is available for use for meetings, workshops, and for those wishing to teach a class. We have different rates for those offering free options versus classes or events where there is a fee to attend.

Fitness & Dance Rentals

Our Community Room has mirrors on one full wall! This, coupled with our great downtown location, makes it perfect for dance and fitness classes. The room has durable wood-look flooring, with a large roll-out carpet to make it baby/kid friendly when needed.

Other Details & Supplies Available

All room rentals require the user to read and sign our guidelines for room usage and liability waiver. 

We have the following supplies available to those renting our Community Room:

• 2 - small, multi-height plastic tables measuring approx. 4' x 2'. Great height for toddler art/sensory projects (they do have markings from previous art uses on them)
• 3 - 6' tables
• 4-5  - 5' table
• 10 foldable floor chairs for comfy floor seating
• 6 folding chairs
• 8-10 stackable plastic chairs
• Electricity (multiple outlets around room, closed off with outlet protectors unless in use)
• Small stereo system that plays CDs or can be plugged into your phone or music device via a headphone jack; bluetooth speaker also available upon request
• Yoga mats
• Kid-friendly bathroom
• Baby changing station, complete with emergency diapers
• Bottle warmer
• Breastfeeding pillow
• Select toys and other gear can be made available; please contact us with your requests

Community Support

We essentially run our Community Room as a non-profit (it is not currently certified as a non-profit). We keep our room costs low, offer classes at affordable prices, offer scholarships for classes, pay our teachers well, and LOVE being able to offer this service to our amazing community! Donations are always welcome and can be made via the link here.  Thank you for your support!
