Soft & Hard-working: Like Mom, Bumkins' signature waterproof fabric is both soft and strong. Tough enough for daily use and easy to wash, it stands up to messes big and small.

Waterproof & Wipeable: Our signature fabric is 100% polyester with a waterproof coating embedded into the fabric, making our products wipeable, machine washable, and easy to rinse and dry after use.

Reusable: Our fabric is meant to be durable, meaning you’ll be able to reuse our products over and over again. We won’t call out names, but we have known families to hand our bibs down over a few kids, they’re that long-lasting. Colors stay bright through hundreds of washes, so only you’ll know how long you’ve had a product.

Light & Breathable: Our signature fabric is actually fabric, not plastic, so it allows for air to flow freely. And by embedding the waterproofing into the fabric, we don't have to add layers of protection, keeping things light.

Machine Washable: We want to make life easier for parents, so products made from our signature material can be washed in the washing machine. To extend the life of the product, we suggest hanging products to dry, but if you live in a climate with high humidity, you can even pop the products in the dryer to make sure they’re completely dry.

The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a comprehensive, third-party testing and certification system for textile products at all stages of production. Textiles can only be certified if all components meet the specified requirements. Test criteria are updated annually and go far beyond existing legal regulations.
