HOW TO USE OXYGEN BLEACH WITH CLOTH DIAPERS Use as a laundry booster with every wash: Add 2 tps (1 oz.) Oxygen Bleach Plus with laundry
detergent for main wash.
Soak for stains: Prerinse diapers on warm with no detergent. Add 4 tps (2 oz.) Oxygen Bleach Plus with laundry
detergent and use warm water. Let soak for 1-6 hours. Oxygen bleach stops working after 6 hours, so there is no need to soak longer than that.
Soak for bacteria remover: Prerinse diapers on warm with no detergent. Add 4 tps (2 oz.) Oxygen Bleach Plus with
laundry
detergent and use warm water with a low water setting (just to cover the diapers, increasing the concentration of oxygen bleach). Let soak for at least 15 minutes. Oxygen bleach
needs just 15 minutes to disinfect, so there is no need to soak longer than that for bacteria removal.

Jim Rimer founded Biokleen in 1989. As a
previous sales representative of cleaning chemicals in the commercial
and industrial industry he became more and more aware of the dangers of
the products he was selling and the ingredients they contained.
He saw first hand his chemicals were creating health problems for his
customers, causing negative effects - including cancer - on families
and pets in the homes and businesses where these supplies were being
used. Jim was selling poison and this realization shook him to the core.
Jim's drive to take a stand and make a difference helped motivate him
to study chemistry. With his newfound knowledge and driven passion he
formulated his first cleaner using natural, non-toxic ingredients. Today
Biokleen continues to develop and create innovative products, which
still measure up to Jim's beliefs and standards:
- Effectiveness
- Concentration
- Non-Toxic
- Environmentally Safe

FAQ
Why choose Biokleen?
Biokleen has been perfecting our cleaning product formulas for over
20 years. All of our products are concentrated, which means less energy
in shipping, less waste and more value for you, our customer!
Do any of the Biokleen products contain chlorine bleach,
optical brighteners, phosphates, or Sodium Laurel/Laureth Sulfates
(SLS/SLES’s)? All Biokleen products are free of chlorine,
optical brighteners, phosphates and SLS/SLES ingredients.
What is a Surfactant? Surfactants are
conditioners that reduce the surface tension of water, allowing a
surface to wet quickly so soil can be loosened and removed. The
surfactants used in Biokleen products are vegetable-based—we do NOT use
Sodium Laurel or Sodium Laureth Sulfate surfactants (SLS/SLES).
What is Linear Sulfonate? Linear Sulfonate is a
propriety blend of vegetable based surfactants.
Are Biokleen products safe for people with allergies and
chemical sensitivities? Yes, Biokleen products are highly
recommended because we use the safest, highest quality ingredients
without using common allergens, asthmagens, synthetic fragrances, and
artificial dies. The Free & Clear Products are recommended for
those who prefer unscented products to those products that contain even
natural fragrances.
Do any Biokleen products contain gluten, dairy or nut
ingredients? All Biokleen products are gluten-free,
dairy-free and, aside from coconut-based surfactants, do not contain any
nut-based ingredients.

other harmful elements that would damage septic systems.

What is the active ingredient in the Oxygen Bleach Plus and how
is it safer than traditional chlorine bleach? The primary
active ingredient in Biokleen’s Oxygen Bleach Plus is sodium per
carbonate. It dissolves into water rapidly and provides powerful stain
removal, cleaning, bleaching and deodorizing functions. It helps soften
water and reduces the need for fabric softeners and works in cold and
hot water. When it breaks down, it turns into oxygen, water and natural
soda ash, making it environmentally friendly. Traditional chlorine
bleach is not only caustic and poisonous, it is not biodegradable and
its use releases harmful contaminants into our environment.
Why are Biokleen’s products wrapped in plastic when I buy
them by the case? We wrap our case packs products in
RECYCLABLE plastic bags to protect your product during shipping. We wish
shipping companies could be gentler. If the cardboard boxes get wet,
they can collapse or tear, damaging everything in them. Rest assured,
the plastic bags are RECYCLABLE.
