 Shipping within the US

• All orders placed by 3:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, will ship the same day! Due to our our pick up times, heavier items may ship out the next day. Certain products have a ship time that is farther out; if this is the case, the estimated ship window is listed on the product page.

• Most packages ship via Priority Mail (2-3 business days).

• All packages receive a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number.

• Heavier packages (over 3 - 5 lbs) may ship via UPS Ground and take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive.

• Lighter packages (under 13 oz.) ship via First Class Mail and typically take 2-3 business days to arrive.
• No additional fees for large or heavy items like strollers, mattresses, etc.!

Shipping Fees

We also offer Free Local Pick Up and Free Delivery for our Diaper Service Customers. Please choose these options at checkout only if you intend to pick your order up at our retail store in Ithaca, NY, or if you are indeed a current customer of our Diaper Service and would like the order delivered with your weekly diaper delivery/pick up. If these options are selected when the abovementioned circumstances are not the case, we will add a shipping fee to your order and send an invoice for the balance due.

APO, FPO, and Mailboxes

Yes, we ship to APO addresses, FPO addresses, and mailboxes!

What is a "Business Day"?

To find out how long your package has been in transit, you will need to count the number of business days.  Monday through Friday are business days.  Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days. Holidays also do not count as business days.

Out of Stock Items

We use real-time inventory, which means that our actual inventory is reflected online for most products.  If a product has an estimated ship date in the item name or option, then the product is most likely not in stock and we will order it right away. However, we do occasionally make mistakes.  If an item that is listed as being in-stock is not in-stock, we will notify you via e-mail and telephone of its estimated arrival date and substitution options for a quicker delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for its delivery. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your items. Insurance can now be purchased at time of checkout. Items shipped via Priority Mail (USPS) are automatically insured for up to $50. Items shipped via UPS are automatically insured up to $100.

Local Pick-Up

Choose the "Free Local Pick-Up" shipping option at checkout if you would like to pick up your order at our retail store in downtown Ithaca, NY. We will email or text you to notify you when your order is ready for pick-up. Most orders will be ready within the same business day, unless they include drop-ship items or items that are listed with a different ship time.

Free Delivery with Your Diaper Service

We offer this option for our Diaper Service customers only. Order by Tuesday at 3PM EST and we will deliver your order with your diaper service delivery on Wednesday. Just choose the "Free Delivery with Your Diaper Service" option at checkout!
