It's a Tula with a forward facing option! For those who want all the options, Tula's lovely prints, AND want to avoid need a newborn insert, the Tula Explore is your carrier!
Wear the Explore on the front with baby facing in, on the front with baby facing out, and on the back with baby facing in. Why is it so great to have these options? Well, these 3 options will take you through all the phases, from newborn to toddler. Some babies are only happy in carriers (at a certain age) when they can face out and see the world. Since you can't know ahead of time if this will be your baby's preference, it's great to have a carrier that will allow for both! Once baby is approaching toddlerhood, the back carry will be most comfortable. And for sleep, it's always great to have baby facing toward your body, so that they can snuggle up and you can easily support and secure their head while asleep.
Adjust the base of the 'seat' for your growing baby. The soft, light cotton body has a foldable piece near the top, to adapt the carrier for facing outward or facing inward for extra head support. The Tula Explore still has the removable hoods (just like other Tula models) and the handy waistband pocket.
For use with babies from 7-45 lb. No infant insert needed.
The waistband extends from 27 to 57 inches.
