Easy-to-use - The DivaCup is quite simply the most
convenient
way to deal with your period. It only requires emptying 2 to 4 times a
day depending on your flow and can be worn for your entire cycle up to
12 hours at a time, even overnight.
To use, The DivaCup is folded and inserted into the
vagina similar to inserting a tampon. The DivaCup is
worn low at the base of vagina, which makes for a
secure fit and easy removal. To remove, gently pull on
the
stem emptying the contents in the toilet and washing with hot soapy
water before reinserting. It is not necessary to remove the DivaCup for
urination or bowel movements.
Material- The DivaCup is constructed of a durable, medical grade silicone. The
silicone used in The DivaCup has been safely and extensively used in
products for the health care industry for over 50 years, including
medical tubing, internal valves, and baby products to name a few.
