The superior design of the Moby Wrap uses your entire
back, as well as your shoulders, to carry the weight of
your baby. Unlike other carriers, which have narrow
straps or go across one shoulder, the Moby Wrap is a
wide piece of fabric that is wrapped over both
shoulders. It is amazingly comfortable and easy to
wear. There are no buckles, snaps or other fasteners.
It is easy to adjust the fit of your Moby Wrap by varying how tightly you wrap yourself and your baby.

Sizing
Each Moby Wrap is 18 feet long, 24 inches wide at the
center, and tapers to 8 inches wide at both ends.

General Care
The Moby Wrap is easy to clean. You can machine wash
your wrap in cold water and tumble dry low.

About the Fabric
Thai Silk: These elegant wraps feature a Thai silk center panel with soft and cozy Moby cotton ends for comfort.
Microfiber: These beautiful wraps feature a Micro Fiber center panel with soft and cozy Moby cotton ends for comfort.
Cotton/Spandex: Silk-screened 95% cotton/5% spandex.
100% double interlock cotton. All dyes are certified to be
AZO free in accordance with European Parliament
Directive 2002/61/EC. Panels of the Moby D are either
silk, fleece, or woven cotton.
(AZO dyes and pigments are commonly used to color
textiles and plastics. Some of the by-products, such as
chlorinated aromatic amines, are toxic and may be
potential carcinogens. Also, AZO dyes and pigments
resist biodegradation under aerobic conditions, so they
are difficult to remove from an ecosystem. )

Our Experience
Simply put, we wish we would have tried a Moby Wrap much sooner! These are fantastic, comfortable baby carriers that distribute the weight evenly across your back and shoulders. We have tried many carriers, and our Moby Wrap felt truly comfortable with our 28 lb. toddler. These carriers are a favorite, especially for newborns and young babies. They make an ideal baby shower gift.
Moby Wraps do take some practice to get the hang of. If you want to run errands and be able to slip baby in and out quickly, then you may want to put the Moby Wrap on before you leave the house. We recommend practicing the different positions with some assistance and in front of a mirror. After the initial intimidation of this long piece of fabric, your Moby Wrap will become a staple baby carrier!

Q: I understand your products are manufactured in Thailand and was wondering about the working conditions.
A: Thank you for asking! From 2004 until 2006, the President of Moby® Wrap and her family lived in Thailand and set up a Thai corporation that manufactures the Moby® Wrap, the Moby®D and the hand knit clothing. They rented a cute Thai home and
converted it into a factory. All employees are adult women who enjoy
excellent wages and benefits. The women who knit for the Moby®Wear line pick up the patterns and yarn once a week and knit in their
villages while surrounded by their children and extended family. Best
of all, they love to get visits from customers all over the world who
appreciate their work.
