Now you can return any cloth diaper within 30 days for a FULL STORE CREDIT!

All New and Unused Items: Can be returned up to 90 days after the ship date, OR up to 90 days after the birth of your baby, whichever is longer!  You decide between refund in the original form of payment or store credit.
  • New items must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.  We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odor, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, etc.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt and original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 90 days.  Any returns accepted after 90 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.

 All Used Cloth Diapers, that are Stain-Free:
  • Can be returned up to 30 days after ship date for FULL STORE CREDIT!
  • Applies to all Cloth Diapers, Diaper Covers, Inserts and Doublers, and Training Pants.
  • Does NOT apply to disposable and/or non-reusable products such as disposable inserts or flushable liners.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt.
  • Return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the date we shipped your package to you.
  • Any diapers with stains will be returned to sender and our return shipping fees will be billed.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.

Return Policy for Items Purchased in Our Retail Store in Ithaca, NY:

  • All items purchased Gently Used may be returned within 7 days for a full store credit, with receipt.
  • All items purchased new can be returned within 90 days for a full refund in the original form of payment or store credit. Items must be in original packaging, with tags intact.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt.  You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we promise to correct it as quickly as possible at our expense!

Q. How do I make a request for a refund or exchange?

A.  With every order we include an invoice with directions at the bottom of the invoice for returning items.  Just include a copy of the original receipt with your return.

Q. When will my credit card be refunded?

A. We process all returns within 3 business days after receipt.  You will receive an e-mail when your return has been processed.  Refunds to your PayPal account are immediate.  Refunds to your credit card can take an additional 3 - 5 business days to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank.

Q. What if my order arrives damaged?

A. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us.  We are happy to see what we can do to help.  If shipping insurance was selected at checkout, we will immediately mail you a replacement product.  If no insurance was selected, we may first work with UPS or USPS before sending a replacement product.

Q. I want to change or cancel my order; is that possible?

A. Our shipping is extremely fast, so we may not always be able to change or cancel your order after it has been placed.  We always try our hardest to accommodate changes and cancellations, so please contact us!  Please call us and also use the contact us form here and select "Order Question" as the Nature of Inquiry. If your credit card has already been charged, then there is a 5% fee deducted from your refund (this is to cover credit card fees we incur).
