Easy Returns
New products: 90-day easy returns start from the birth of your baby.

New cloth diapering products: We want you to love your cloth diapers! Return any diaper you don't absolutely love within 30 days, stain-free, for a full store credit. 

Gently used products: All items purchased gently used may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

Our Changing Diapers, Changing Minds 21-day trial and Newborn Cloth Diaper Rental programs have their own set of return policies. These can be seen on each product page.
